Universidad Complutense de Madrid

  • Associate Professor of Surgery at the School of Medicine since 2024.
  • Clinical teaching fellow in the Department of Surgery across ten academic years, since 2012-13.
  • Tutor for case-based clinical sessions in the medical degree: caval vein sarcoma and mesenteric desmoid tumour, 20 hours each.
  • Final-year dissertation supervisor, on immunotherapy in MSI-H colorectal cancer and on intraoperative radiotherapy in soft-tissue sarcoma.

  • Mesenchymal Tumour and Sarcoma Section of the Spanish Association of Surgeons: speaker at the third national meeting (Hospital Sant Pau, Barcelona, 2023) and the fourth (Hospital La Fe, Valencia, 2025).
  • Hispano-Portuguese sarcoma update meetings: speaker at the fourth (IPO Lisbon, 2025) and the fifth (Gregorio Marañón, 2026), and moderator at the second Iberian meeting (IPO Lisbon, 2023).
