What to send

  • Imaging in digital form (CT, MRI or PET): the full study, not just the report.
  • The pathology report, with the specimen number if you have it.
  • Reports from previous operations, including any laparoscopy or appendicectomy.
  • Medical oncology reports with the treatments received and their dates.
  • A short summary of how you are now, your medication and what you have been offered.
